In case of "1 night & 2 days" requests (early check-in & late check-out), additional cost of € 50,00, upon request and availability.

Final cleaning: € 40,00 for more than 2 nights stay.

Pets: NOT accepted.

Min-stay is foreseen for some periods of the year

Apartment are self-catering, prices include "welcome breakfast" to be prepared in the apartment / room, utilities, bed and bathroom sheets and towels (weekly change).

Lunch and Dinner: for lunch (only on Saturday and Sunday) or for dinner (all days except for Monday), our clients, if desired, can go to a restaurant ("trattoria") next to us where average price is 20-25 € (reservation needed), or prepare the meal on their own in the fully furnished kitchen corner inside the apartments (not in the rooms).

Check-in: from 16 to 20
Check-out: by 11 a.m.
Different time will be evaluated case by case and agreed in advance and there is an extra cost of € 20,00

SERVICES:

Swimming pool (10x6m wide and 1,20m deep), Basket, Tennis and Tennis-table.

Swimming pool can have time restrictions in case of events at the Tenuta in some days.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

1. Sheets: changed weekly; if additional sheets are required, the cost is €6,00 per person
2. Horse riding: 20,00€ per 45 minutes lesson per person
3. Wood for chimney: 5,00 € per box, cleaning mandatory, no food allowed in the chimney.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS :

Reservation is considered confirmed only when the client receives our confirmation by e-mail.
At reservation, down payment is needed for a 50% of total amount and bank transaction expenses / commisions have to be charged to the client.

CANCELLATION:

The client can cancel his reservation via mail or fax within 60 days of his arrival; a penalty is charged to the client, as follows:

- 50% of total amount, if cancellation is between 60 and 30 days before reservation start date
- 100% of total amount, if cancellation is later than this terms.
